Summary[]

The episode begins with flashbacks from previous episodes, and then shows Kyle being transported out of jail and then news of his escape. Jarod finds out about Kyle, and recognising his scar, he is determined to help him. Jarod pretends to be a special agent sent by Washington to join the hunt for Kyle, aka John Doe. Angelo is used, against the will of Raines, to help hunt for Jarod by allowing him to absorb Jarod's Red Notebooks. This episode features the first appearance of Blue Notebooks. Angelo has a negative reaction to the contents of a Blue Notebook and the clues lead Miss Parker, Sydney and Broots to SL-27 and shocking revelations about Kyle's training. Jarod investigates the person Kyle had attempted to kidnap, Harriet and finds out about his family. Miss Parker attempts to prove to her father that Raines is dangerous. Jarod follows Kyle to the Dragon House and there meet up with the Centre team. There is a mad rush, and Miss Parker makes a split second decision to capture Kyle instead of Jarod and Jarod finds out who Kyle really is.
